Organoleptic properties

A Marsala Vergine aged in a small oak cask for 13 years, 133 metres below ground in the Cantine Garibaldi. It is vibrant, dry and full-flavoured on the palate, with linear tannins and a fresh, sour and marine aroma, with hints of broom flowers and yellow flowers. Perfect for aperitifs or throughout a meal, paired with oysters, almonds or mature cheeses.
