Place of ageing

Marsala Vergine, aged in a small oak cask for 18 years, has its roots in the Florio Winery, 143 metres from the sea.

Organoleptic properties

A 2004 Marsala Vergine Riserva aged in a single cask at the Florio Wine Cellars. A Marsala wine with a golden hue, heavily influenced by the sea and with a lingering savoury sensation. Spicy, linear aromas with notes of roasted peanuts and grains. Perfect as an aperitif or throughout a meal, it is excellent paired with savoury and flavourful ingredients.
