Is a reservation required?

Yes, all services must be booked in advance. Please book on the Hospitality | Cantine Florio page and choose the tasting experience that suits you best. If you cannot find availability on the website and you are already nearby, please contact our offices to check for any last-minute cancellations.

What payment methods are accepted for online reservations?

You can pay with the main credit cards.

What does the cost include?

The cost includes a guided tour and a wine tasting with food pairings, which vary depending on the type of experience booked.

Is it possible to visit the vineyards?

No, our vineyards are not located near the winery.

Is it possible to have lunch?

Lunches and dinners can be arranged for private groups of at least 30 participants, subject to the availability of the catering company. For more information, please contact our offices.

Does the winery have parking?

Yes, our winery has a large internal parking area.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are welcome, as long as they are held in your arms or kept inside a suitable carrier for the entire duration of the experience.

Are children allowed?

Yes, for most services; however, the number of children allowed is limited for each tour.

Is it possible to report food allergies or intolerances?

Yes. Please remember to include your food allergy or intolerance in the booking notes.

Is the winery accessible to people with disabilities?

There are no architectural barriers in our winery.

Is it possible to reach you by public transport?

The train station and the intercity bus station are about a 15-minute walk from the winery.

Is it possible to change the date, time, or type of tasting?

Tours have limited capacity, so please contact our offices to check the remaining availability.

Is it possible to stay overnight at your facility?

We are sorry, but we do not have accommodation facilities.

Can I customize my visit experience?

Absolutely. Cantine Florio offers the possibility to create tailor-made experiences, adapting language, tasting options, food pairings, dates, and times to your needs. You can contact us at visitaflorio@cantineflorio.it to receive a personalized quote.

Is it possible to give an experience as a gift?

Yes, by purchasing a gift card at the following link: CANTINE FLORIO.

Is it possible to purchase wines or other products at the end of the tour?

Yes, at the end of the tour you will have access to the Enoteca Florio, where you can purchase wines and other products.

Can I access the wine shop without taking the tour?

The Enoteca is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
On Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Closed on public holidays.

Is it possible to ship wines purchased in the wine shop?
