Hard pressing and tumultuous fermentation in concrete tanks, subjected to alternating temperatures and oxygenation. A wine with a high alcohol content, representing the terroir, which captures in the glass saline savouriness and a crisp, evolving, well-structured and bold character.

Organoleptic properties

Unfiltered white wine in constant sensorial development, according to time, space and your state of mind. These days, it speaks of a vibrant yellow, intoxicated by orange blossom and jasmine.
